We proudly ship our jewelry worldwide. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the your location and items ordered. Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $75. International shipping is available via DHL Express. Tracking will be sent once your order ships.

Changed your mind? No worries — we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery to ensure you shop with confidence.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and materials intact to qualify for a return or exchange,.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at hello@sngia.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and our team will guide you through the next steps. We're here to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, though please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
